• Orders & Payments: After submitting your order, you will receive an email within 2–3 days to confirm details. Once confirmed, a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due before pickup or delivery. We accept :Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal.
• Custom Cookies: Cookies are handmade and may vary slightly in shape, color, or decoration.
• Allergies & Ingredients: Customers are responsible for providing any allergen information.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our products.
